This season Style.com has experimented with banner ads formatted as drop down videos. The example provided above is the only ad I have intentionally clicked on, mainly because 1. its Prada and 2. for its Lolita-esque subtleties. Prada is one of the few progressive brands which flawlessly merge their creative direction and brand marketing ploys into a seamless image, appreciated by the fashion frenzied and mass market alike. An amazing feat to say the least.
